Northampton, England, United Kingdom – June 2026: Sally Dunn has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at Travis Perkins plc, reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening its people strategy and supporting long-term growth across the UK building materials and trade distribution sector.

Dunn brings extensive expertise in human resources leadership, organizational development, talent management, reward strategy, and workforce transformation. Having spent nearly two decades with Travis Perkins plc, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s people agenda and driving large-scale transformation initiatives.

Prior to her appointment as CHRO, Dunn served as HR Director, HR Shared Services and Interim Director of Reward. In these roles, she partnered closely with senior leadership on organizational design, leadership capability development, operational effectiveness, employee experience, and workforce planning initiatives.
